Fancy the experience of a life time, in a tank? What a Giggle - Plymouth

Have you ever fancied driving a real tank over specially prepared terrain?! Well now you can! What a Giggle is proud to host what has to be one of the most exciting and exhilarating days out in the South West. A typical day includes at least 4 hours (numbers dependant) of driving in one of our fully armoured tanks around our large driving course as well as getting the chance to drive a 4x4 through 1500 acres of woodland! Lunch is included and a commemorative photo is taken at the end of the day to serve as a permanent memento.

A typical day starts with tea and coffee whilst listening to a briefing about the day before being transported down to the tank area. Sitting alongside one of our trained tank drivers, guests will get the chance to drive over steep hills, down sharp descents and around other obstacles that may be in the way. After lunch there is more fun to be had out in the tanks, before swapping over to a more modern 4x4 jeep and taking the dirt tracks through the forest to finish off what is sure to be an incredible day!

Our driving days are especially popular with our Corporate clients as well as for stag dos and ‘lads’ parties...but don’t let that put you off girls, some of our best drivers have been female and have given the men a run for their money!

For a small extra cost we can even arrange for a mini-bus to pick you and your party up from anywhere in the country so you won’t have to worry about a thing.

Availability
Tank days are normally based on 6-12 guests to ensure each person benefits from as much time driving as possible. Non-driving guests are welcome for a small cost to watch and photograph, as well as having the opportunity of being a passenger! Minimum age 21, no driving licence necessary.
